A — On many occasions, a client will simply supply a presentation outline within an MSWord document. No knowledge of the inner workings of PowerPoint are necessary.

B — Following company branding, logo, company colours, brochure etc., a template is created. The next step is to format the content, locate pertinent accent photos and animate the whole with suitable builds to the client's needs. More often than not, an "on-mouse'click" build of bullet points on a slide is best. Best for the speaker. Best for the audience. No reason for the audience to read the whole slide and wait for the speaker to catch up to them. Keep the audience on their toes, waiting for your ideas.

1 — SAY IT FIRST (explain the concept, with total audience attention on you the speaker)
2 — CONFIRM IT SECOND (show the slide, or any prop)
